I am a passionate educator who loves seeing the look at student’s face when they are so proud of what they accomplished; that grade on a test or an amazing essay they wrote. This may be a surprise but I am not in this profession for the money, I’m in it for the kids!
I’ve been an educator for over 10 years now. I’ve taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade (in that order actually). This year I am back teaching 2nd grade. I was also a reading coach for 2 years but I missed having my own class of students.
I love teaching all subjects, it is hard for me to pick one so I’ll pick two- reading and math!
I am spending time with my husband and two little boys. We love to go on adventures big and small. From traveling around the world to bike rides around the neighborhood. I also love cooking, baking, Peloton workouts, and reading.
